I’ve finished the first year of Transpersonal Coaching with ICU and we were asked to consider 4 questions in a reflection exercise.
The next 3 podcasts are the results of those questions.

Reflecting and sharing our learnings help us to root that new education into our bodies. This is my sharing so I can solidify the changes and new education into myself.
We're often much harder on ourselves than we are on other people. Think about how you speak to yourself, and what you expect from your own performance in life, at work, with friends, colleagues and loved ones. In contrast, imagine a friend or loved one in the same situation and compare how empathetic, supportive and understanding you would be and how easy it would be to suggest self-care and rest. We never do that for ourselves, and it's critical.
Most truths are subjective, personal and relative. We believe strongly in our own truths but they should be open to change if we've got stuff wrong.
The only absolute Truth that exists is the First Truth and it trumps every other truth out there. If my truths deny equality or personhood to another, my truth is false. If my truth makes one group of people more valuable than another, my truth is false. If my truth is that monogamy works best for me in my life, then that is my truth. If Edwards truth is that polyamory works best for him in his life, than that's his truth - and both those truths can exist at the same time.
The truth is the courageous path.
It takes strength and heart to learn our truth and not shy away from it. It take strength and heart to go out into the world and hold our truth out for the world. It is the path of strength.
How am I different in the world?
