Wtf is Being?
Western society has flipped what’s important in the world from Being to doing. We aren’t given a lot of room to explore the ground of Being or Self actualization. We’re expected to be productive and efficient cogs in the wheel of capitalist production. Failing that, we die.
This is not the only way.
Real magick and nourishing sustenance comes from realigning our focus from external to internal directional values. Not ‘what can I do’ but ‘who can I be’, and practicing trust and belief in that source of sovereignty.
We will change the world through internal directed transformation, because changing how we see ourselves changes everything.

We are primed in our society to "Do-Have-Be"; as if what we accumulate will somehow define who we are.
True change comes from BEING and that's where we have to start.
Who do I need to BE, to DO what I need, to HAVE what I want?
Being is always first.
Who do you want to be?
sit with that for awhile
how does it feel in your body? in your emotions? in your mind? in your Spirit?
what does Being say to you? What do you hear? What do you think and feel about Being?
identify the kind of life you want to be living or the changes you desire to make in your life.
WHO YOU HAVE TO BE - in order to enact the changes you want to have?
all transformation and change comes from Being first.
When we connect to Being - everything becomes easier.
Let every plan for your life come from the root of Being.
as what do I need to do to Be who I want to be? This question serves us better than asking what we want to have.

Ask the little version of you to come communicate. Please be gentle and welcoming and offer warm reception to whoever comes to talk. They are one of the keys to freedom and transformation.
get comfy and into a mothaitheacht state of presence.
ask for a little who is ready and willing to come speak with you.
let them tell you whatever they want you to know.
Ask them what they have to offer about Being.
if they ask you to do something - please follow through.
often Spirit will build trust by asking for small things. When small things are accomplished they can trust us with larger/more important things.

Being present sounds easy enough, but we are rarely there.
Spend this first week simply identifying when you can, when you remember that you are in a state of Being. You are here right now and in a state of peace and acceptance.
Conversely, recognize when you are in a state that isn't peaceful. You are here right now and in a state of agitation.
Nothing needs to be done, it is simply an acknowledgement and awareness of where you are at present.

Please be patient with yourself on this journey of Being. It may take awhile for you to unthaw and trust this process. It will come. Stick with it.
