1. Everything is One & It’s All Loved Unconditionally Forever

This is the only Absolute Truth that I know. This is the “First Truth.” Nothing that violates the First Truth is Real.

“Is it loving and is it inclusive?”

This is all that really matters. Everything that exists is part of one big indivisible wholiness and it’s all loved and beautiful and sacred, forever.

Every problem and pain we have is seeing or feeling separate from each other, from the natural world and from ourselves.

The solution that’s needed for every problem is to re-member our oneness. We choose to see and think and behave in a way, every day that affirms our wholiness together, or we choose to see and think and behave in a way that affirms separation.

Everything else is just details.

It really is that simple. But that simplicity is fucking hard.

It’s hard because we forget.

It’s easy to forget in our hurt and our triggers and our pain and our fear; to remember that we are safe and loved and you are safe and loved and not even death is the end.

I feel the Beloved Presence of Wholiness most in nature. Trees and birds and bugs and animals. The wind and the sun and the flowers and the rain. I am most in love and whole in the Presence of the Beloved alive in the world around me.

This is ancient Celtic spiritual wisdom.

My intensely feeling sensitive heart is my Celtic birthright. The ancestors are calling us back to connect with the trees and listen to the land as we once did.
